Johnny built and managed world-class teams and business units at Secureworks, PhishLabs, and, most recently, Nisos in various leadership and executive roles.

“Blueshift anticipates rapid growth. We’re exploring strategic and international partnerships, which may require the Company to scale more quickly than originally expected, said Blueshift Chairman and CEO Bradley Rowe. “Johnny has successfully navigated the growth areas we anticipate and brings us a rich and varied cybersecurity background. His insight, vision, and operational experience are invaluable to our executive team.”

“Blueshift’s industry-unique monitoring capabilities allow us to respond quickly to cyber threats before they escalate into full-scale cyber attacks,” said Johnny Calhoun. “Our fully-managed cybersecurity operations are purpose-built for SMBs to protect against constantly evolving cyber threats without the burden of building and managing an ever-complex cybersecurity team in-house. Blueshift can provide highly experienced Security as a Service capability to any SMB almost overnight – it’s a no-brainer.”

At PhishLabs, Johnny served as Executive Vice President of Operations. He led Client Success, Operations, Research, and Engineering teams and established SOCs (Security Operations Centers) in Charleston, Toronto, and India. Johnny was responsible for delivering and scaling the AntiPhishing, Business Email Compromise, and Digital Risk Protection services to an international client base. HelpSystems acquired PhishLabs in 2021.
